We are a family owned company that has been in business for over 25 years. Located in Elk Grove, we gladly serve Sacramento and the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on a warm friendly atmosphere and we treat all of our customers as if they are our first. We work with local companies to re-sell repossessed spas and we refurbish used spas. We also have extensive experience in moving and removing spas, hot tubs, and jacuzzis.No job is too big. No spa is beyond repair. Our refurbished spas come with our 90-day warranty on equipment, parts, labor and free delivery to Sacramento and surrounding areas. BUYING FROM RIVER CITY1. How much does it cost to get a spa delivered?We offer free delivery to Sacramento all all surrounding areas with the purchase of any of our regularly priced spas.2. What does the 90-day warranty cover?Our 90-day warranty covers pumps, packs, heater, circut board, and topside control to our spas. Our service technician will come to your home and fix any problem your spa may be encountering by replacing the parts needed to get your spa back to normal again.3. What forms of payment does River City accept?We accept all standard forms of payent including cash, check, credit and debit cards. Checks can be made out to "River City Spas".4. What is the difference between a 110 and a 220v spa?A 110v spa is the easiest to install because it can be plugged in to a standard outlet. 220v requires the installation of an electrician because it is "hard-wired". There are certain advantages to having either type of voltage that many customers take into consideration when looking to purchase a hot tub.5. Does River City install the hot tub when they deliver it?Our movers will deliver the spa to your home, including placing it on your deck, spa pad or patio but we do not fill up the hot tub or install the electricity components (for 220v, see question above for the difference).SELLING TO RIVER CITY1. How do I see if River City Spas is interested in my spa, jacuzzi or hot tub?The easiest thing to do is to send an email to rivercityspas_sbcglobal.net with picutres of your spa, information on the year, make, and condition, and any other informaiton that may be helpful to us. Please also make sure to include your contact information and location in the email so that we can contact you with an offer at our earliest convenience.2. River City Spas has made me an offer on my spa and I have accepted. What do I do to get it ready?Make sure to have your spa drained and disconnected so that the movers will be able to get in and out in an efficient manner. If there is anything obstructing their path (i.e. - overgrown bushes, miscelaneous items) please also remove this. 3. How will River City Spas pay me for my spa?Once River City has come to agreement on the price of the spa you are looking to sell, we will either send a representative to you with cash. In the event that this is inconvenient for either party, a check will be mailed to the seller.MOVES/ HAUL-AWAYS1. Can River City move a hot tub over grass and/or gravel?Yes. We move spas with an air-wheel dolly and always bring boards to lay over grass. 2. If my spa was craned in and I am looking to get it moved, will River City move it?River City does not offer a crane service and we ask that our customers have the spa craned out of the yard 3. Do I have to be at both locations for the move to happen?No, as long as there is someone at both locations to let River City in, the customer does not have to be there. We do, however, ask that if the customer is not going to be there that he/she pays in advance or leaves the form of payment at one of the two locations.4. I want to get rid of my old/unusable spa. Will River City take it?River City offers a haul-away service for hot tub, spa, or jacuzzi removal. Call for a price estimate on this service.MISCELANEOUS1.Does River City sell used parts/filters?Yes, River City has a large selection of functioning used hot tub, spa, and jacuzzi parts at a fraction of the original price. We recommend bringing in the part you need from the spa you currently own so that we can replace it. If you do not have the part , you will need to be able to provide additional information about your spa so that we can make sure to find the right part for you. 2. Does River City sell new/used covers? New covers can be purchased for $249 plus tax for all standard sizes and will be ordered in the color of your choice. If you are looking for a used cover you can call or come into our office with the measurement and we will let you know if we have one currently in our inventory.3. How long will it take for my new cover to come in?Standard covers usually take 1-2 weeks to come in after they are ordered. Spa covers that are uniquely shaped or oversized may take longer depending on the time of year.4. Does River City sell snow-load hot tub covers?Yes, new snow-load covers can be ordered in any size and color through River City.Don't see your question here?
